EVENT TERMS OF ATTENDANCE AND LIABILITY RELEASE
The following terms and conditions pertain to your attendance and participation in dope(a)me Mind-Body Coaching programs and services which is conducted Marin McCue. By registering for any programs or purchasing any products, you (the “Registrant”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for any programs or purchase any products on this site.
Liability Disclaimer: No Professional Advice
The information contained in or made available by Marin McCue, or any third-party through the dope(a)me Mind-Body programs or their websites or services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, mental health, financial, medical, psychological, or legal fields. Marin McCue does not offer any professional, personal, medical, financial or legal advice and none of the information contained in dope(a)me programs should be confused as such advice. Marin McCue and dope(a)me, nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors or any of their affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages to the Registrant or the Registrant’s business, including economic loss, that may result from participation in dope(a)me programs or from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies communicated through the dope(a)me programs or any products or services provided pursuant to the dope(a)me, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will Marin McCue or dope(a)me or any of the affiliated speakers and contributors be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from Registrant’s participation in a program. To be clear: You, the Registrant, alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results, and by your participation in a dope(a)me program, you agree not to attempt to hold Marin McCue or dope(a)me liable for any decisions, actions or results that you make or experience in business or in life due to your participation in a dope(a)me program at any time, under any circumstance.
Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Registrant hereby understands that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in a dope(a)me program are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to dope(a)me and agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from these program’s materials in any manner whatsoever, unless given by permission by Marin McCue. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited.
Privacy Policy
By participating in a dope(a)me program, Registrant acknowledges and agrees to the Privacy Policies. The Privacy Policy for dope(a)me is: Any personal information that you may share with Marin McCue is kept absolutely private. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other company or agency. Occasionally, we may contact you to make you aware of upcoming products or specials. However, we do respect your right to privacy and will not send notices if you contact us and ask us not to.
