The symbol of the bridge captures my growth and learnings, in a few different ways, as well as my focus for continued learning and development. The bridge represents:

  1. the network of co-conspiritors that I am inspired to continue building and being a part of,

  2. the insights regarding how to meet people where they are at and collaboratively lead the depolarization of conflict and bridging of differences internally and externally,

  3. the recognition that internal relationships (and bridge-making) reflects what’s needed (and what’s possible) in external relationships, and,

  4. the felt sense of coming back home to myself.
