The symbol of the bridge captures my growth and learnings, in a few different ways. The bridge represents:

  1. the network of co-conspiritors that I am inspired to continue building and being a part of,

  2. the insights regarding how to meet people where they are at and collaboratively lead the bridging of differences internally and externally,

  3. the reflection of the internal and external relationships, and,

  4. the felt sense of coming back home to myself.
